Join ALPA as a Breeze Pilot

Become an ALPA member and reap the benefits. We're happy to offer ALPA's services, resources, and benefits to all the pilots at Breeze and want to make it as easy as possible for you to participate in your union. Some of the ALPA services to pilots include Aviation Medicine Advisory Service (AMAS), ALPA Member Insurance Products, ALPA Mobile App with Flight Finder, DART, and more.

ALPA is a member-driven, staff-supported organization. Breeze pilots will set the group’s strategic goals, determine the course of action, and staff committees such as the Negotiating Committee and the Air Safety Committee. We encourage you to participate in pilot group meetings and activities and consider serving on a committee. If you want to volunteer, please e-mail your ALPA officers and committee chairs and let them know what you’re most interested in.

Breeze Committees

Committees are how ALPA handles its day-to-day business. We have many pilots who volunteer their time to work on what they are passionate about. Each committee handles a specific subject area and is assisted by staff members and the ALPA national committee structure. For example, the Breeze Safety Committee works to inform Breeze pilots of hazards unique to our operation with the help of subject matter experts that are part of the ALPA Air Safety Organization, the world’s largest nongovernmental aviation safety organization. Please click below to find more information about each committee at Breeze ALPA.

Throw a DART

With DART, you no longer need to search for the right place to ask a question. Not only that, but you can trust that the answer comes from a reliable source—an expert from your own MEC.

ALPA’s Data Action Report (DART) is a robust reporting system available to all ALPA pilot groups. DART provides one location for you to get quick answers from your MEC leaders and subject-matter experts to questions on any topic. When you submit a question, the DART system will automatically route it to the right person to answer, and in most cases, you can expect a reply within 48 hours.
